My success can be attributed to recognising the complexities of large-scale change and including all the key stakeholders in business and IT to ensure a level of buy-in and energy such that we fundamentally transformed the businesses. By focusing on the key drivers of transformation including, but not limited to, culture, people, processes, ways of working, roles and responsibilities, governance, incentives, and communication, I challenged the status quo to drive a new vibrancy and excitement within the teams.
